***We ship all orders within 24 hours of order being placed w/ pre-order products being an exception. If an order is back ordered, we will first notify you and then refund your order if you choose to do so***

***As of November 24th, 2020 we ship all orders from our Southern California distribution hub. As of January 1st, we will offer shipping from Pennsylvania and Florida to be able to get your orders delivered faster regardless of where you're at in the USA. International orders we are dialing in as time goes on but our main focus is 'MERICA!***
 
Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products 100%. We will grant a full refund or replacement on the subtotal of any order that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site.

Nevertheless, as a courtesy to our customers, we accept returns of any non-defective product within 30 days, if it's a common enough SKU for us to resale. There is no re-stocking fee if the product is reusable. If opened or returned after ANY amount of paper being used, we cannot refund your order. Before sending any products back, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you've received your paper, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Because we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $30, we are not able to offer free return shipping unless there is a mistake on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Notify us within 24 hours if there is something incorrect or if you are using your paper and notice a manufacturer defect, we will be more than happy to replace it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Custom sized orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Anything that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is due to you changing your mind etc, your refund will take 10 business days to be processed on our end. 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@parchmentpaper.com and send your item to: ParchmentPaper.com ATTN: Returns/Exchanges 28241 Crown Valley Pkwy Ste F255, Laguna Niguel, CA, 92677.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ParchmentPaper.com is not responsible for stolen packages. If you live in an area or building where your packages are not secure, we recommend emailing us before placing your order to add a request for signature confirmation on your package as we will not replace your order if it has a confirmed delivery via courier website.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
