Our recipes are all about full flavor! After all, who likes a dish that is missing something? Taste is extremely important to us, it makes us long for a meal or just can't wait for it.  In each recipe we try to show interesting combinations and find something unique. We add ingredients that complement each other and together create a unique composition. We also look for new, tastier versions of dishes that are already well-known in their original form, but which you can still fall in love with all over again!

Our recipes are also full of color, and not at all just to look pretty or improve our appetite. In order to compose a healthy diet properly, we should combine products from all color groups
Red is usually associated with the heart - and very rightly so. Red foods include tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, radishes, beets or cherries, which are rich in lycopene, acting anti-cancer and lowering cholesterol levels. Yellow lemons, melons and yellow peppers are rich in beta-carotene, which has a positive effect on our eyesight and protects us from cardiovascular problems.  And greens, such as lettuce, spinach, green peppers, Brussels sprouts, kiwi - are products that contain chlorophyll, which has a positive effect on liver function. Whereas purple, that is such products as chokeberries, grapes, plums, eggplants, contain anthocyanins, which are those antioxidants that have a positive effect on the state of the circulatory system and also protect against infections. 
Lots of color is important both in life and on a plate! :)

Health, vitamins, proper nourishment - that's the basis of our cookbook idea. But it is still not everything! 
Everyone craves some treats sometimes. We've taken care of that - desserts, as well, can be prepared so that they are delicious and valuable, and not just caloric. In our cookbook you can find lots of ideas for treats with different fruits, honey, nuts or even sugar and chocolate, but in reasonable quantities.
